Shaped like a globe
Full of single beauty
each with a name
each with a memory
That’s the shape of my heart.
Here in this land where people float in and out like dandelion wisps.
Each one catching a bit of light and a touch of air
enough to make it shine and float
enough to make you notice and fall in love with it’s simple beauty.
And then they’re gone.
And a piece of my heart floats away, too.
My world is colored with love
and spotted with the simple beauty of sudden friendships.
